Hi There! 2018 is the year of my own, personal Happiness Project. Every year people make resolutions and for any number of reasons they aren’t able to come through for themselves. But this year, I want to not only be my best self, but help those in my community live their best, healthiest lives. This isn’t a nutrition blog, although I am in love with my Instant Pot. This is a mental health, self care and exploration blog for women like me who are mothers and who might need a community from time to time. Being a stay at home mom can be alienating and lonesome. Building community and building up other women is vital to our success and to living our best lives.
So as I embark on my 2018 Happiness Project, I want to invite you to join me. One day and opportunity at a time. Each month my area of focus will change, so I can create an overall increase in Happiness. I consider myself a happy person, and extremely grateful for the life I live; However, everyone has areas where they can improve, and I’m hoping by constantly working to be my best self, I can live my best life.
